# Title: Touch Control Bedside Lamp, Carved Wood Crest 17 x 20 cm
## Description: Touch Control Bedside Lamp with a Carved Wood Crest A small lamp can be a character rather than a cylinder. The top of this one is carved from solid wood as a crested head, a beaked profile with a row of spines along the back and a single polished brass bead set where an eye would be, and it caps a short white acrylic body that lights up as a whole. The proportions are deliberate: the carved head is the larger half, so the object reads as a figure sitting on the table with light spilling out beneath it. It is genuinely small, 17 cm across and 20 cm tall, which suits a nightstand, a shelf or the corner of a desk. Everything is in the head: a touch control with stepless dimming, and a battery that charges over USB so nothing tethers it to an outlet. Three finishes, a pale natural wood, a walnut and a black.
