# Title: Bauhaus Pendant Light, Cream Saucer Shade, 13.8 in

## Description: A Wide Shallow Saucer With a Stepped Chrome Collar, Drawn From the Nineteen Twenties The shape comes straight out of the workshop lamps of the nineteen twenties: a wide shallow saucer of cream glass, 13.8 inches across and only 9.8 tall, carried on a stepped chrome collar with a twisted fabric cord above it. Shallow is the operative word, because a flat shade pushes light outward across a room rather than down into a pool. The collar is the only ornament, and its ribbed steps are what place the fitting in its period rather than in a catalogue of plain domes. Product sizes Shade: ⌀ 13.8″ x H 9.8″ (35 x 25 cm) Cord: adjustable at installation Weight: about 6.2 lbs (2.8 kg) Specifications Style: Bauhaus, vintage Material: Cream glass shade with a plated iron collar Finish: Cream glass with chrome and a twisted fabric cord Shape: Shallow saucer Light source: LED, halogen or filament bulb, whichever you prefer Lamp holder: E26 or E27, the standard North American screw base Bulb: Not supplied, so you choose the warmth and the output Voltage: AC 90-260V Mounting: Hardwired to a ceiling box, mounting plate supplied Suspension: Twisted cord, adjustable at installation Coverage: About 32 to 54 sq ft (3 to 5 m2) IP rating: IP20, so keep it away from steam and splashes Environment: Indoor, dry locations Certification: CE, ROHS and UL marked by the maker Related collections Browse Vintage Pendant Lights, Glass Pendant Lights, Office Pendant Lights and White Pendant Lights for fittings that pair with this one.
